To link, first go to the cowin.gov.in website.
Login here and select the option to raise an issue.
After doing this, select the passport option here.
Here select the person from the drop down menu.
After doing this, enter the passport number.
Now submit all the details in the last.
After doing this, you will get a new Kovid-19 Vaccination Certificate with passport link in a short time.
You can download or save this new certificate and keep it.
