The number of Kovid-19 infected in the country is increasing at a rapid pace and the number of people who get vaccinated by the same way is also increasing. But the problem of not having empty slots is being seen very much right now. For this reason, Paytm has now launched a platform ‘COVID-19 Vaccine Slot Finder’ on the Mini App Store to check the availability of vaccine slots for the public.
Paytm founder Vijay Shekhar Sharma has shared information about launching a new feature called Kovid-19 Vaccine Slot Finder on his official Twitter.
The COVID-19 Vaccine Slot Finder has been introduced in the Paytm app for both Android and iOS devices. The tool takes real time data from CoWIN, India’s COVID-19 vaccination program.
How to register for the COVID-19 vaccine on the UMANG app?
The company said in a statement that the platform will help people check the availability of the vaccine slot for the next four weeks. For this, they have to enter individual PIN code or district information with age group (18+ or 45+) individually.
If a slot is available, users can select on a date and will be taken to the CoWIN website or app to book an appointment. The Paytm Vaccine Slot Finder receives real-time data about the availability of slots from the CoWIN platform, but appointments cannot be booked here, requiring CoWIN for booking.
