This is how fraud happens
Like other frauds, now RTO frauds are also being done through phishing. Your personal information is fed through this fraud spam mail. And on the e-mail you are given a link which takes you to such a fake website. This website looks absolutely official in appearance but it is not. After this, all the money is stolen by asking you to fill in your credit card or debit card details. 

Avoid such frauds in the name of RTO 
Because nowadays most of the work related to RTO is also being done online, then the frauds related to it are also happening online. In such a situation, always remember that only trust the website with https. A website with https is safer than other websites. SMS alert facility must be taken on the process of making payment and changing the password, this will give you an alert message if someone tries to change your password or pays with your credit or debit card. Remember to change your password from time to time. After all, the most important thing is that never share your PIN number or net banking password, credit card details and UPI PIN with anyone.
