The country’s largest telecom company Reliance Jio is giving two days free unlimited plan as a gift to its customers. The company has brought this offer for those customers who recently faced network outage. Under this offer, users will be able to use their lost data. The company said that our priority is to provide service without interruption.
The company apologized
Reliance Jio said in its statement that unfortunately some customers in Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh had to suffer due to network down. The company further said, “We know this was not a good service experience for you and we apologize for that.”
Customers of these states will get benefit
Let us tell you that recently Jio customers in many states including Chhattisgarh, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra and Rajasthan had complained about network outage. The company has brought this offer in view of the problems faced by the customers due to the network. The complimentary service provided by the company is activated automatically, it does not need to be done manually by the customers.

According to media reports, so far about four thousand users have filed complaints regarding the problem in Jio network. Now the expiry date of unlimited plans of such users will be extended by two days. In this, customers will get free data and calling benefits.
